E-Flite Blade 350 QX / QX2 / QX3 Motor Adapter Set

Each of our E-Flite Blade 350 QX / 350 QX2 / 350 QX3 Motor Adapters are CNC machined from billet aluminum.  These motor adapters will allow the use of the common 2212 and 28mm sized brushless outrunner motors to be installed into the stock frame. 

Now you can experiment with your favorite aftermarket motors on this great quad.  Plus run a large variety of aftermarket props to get the best performance possible from your 350 QX / QX2 / QX3.

The adapters are very strong and light weight.  They also act as a heat sink to help keep the motors running cooler.

Installation is quick and simple.  Only modification necessary is to clip the two little plastic pins where the motor attaches.

Two step installation:

1. Install new motor adapter to the back of your new motor with supplied M3x6 flat head screws.
    
2. Install adapter / motor assembly onto the frame with the supplied M3x4 socket head screws.
   (must clip the two small plastic pins on the frame where the motor will sit)

Notes: PLEASE READ FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO HELP PROTECT ELECTRONICS

-  We are currently working on putting together a list of recommended motor / prop combinations that will keep the current draw under 10A at full throttle.  Specs will be posted as they become available.

-  When installing a new motor, it will be up to the end user to verify that the motor and prop combination does not exceed 10A at full throttle.  Staying around an 8x4.5 prop would be a good starting point with the 2212 and 28-30 sized outrunner motors.

-  Since these adapters can allow for a very large variety of motors to be installed, we can not be held liable for any damages that may occur from drawing to much power from the blade ESC (electronic speed control).

-  With some motors you may need to install new bullet connectors to mate to the blade ESC.

-  Be sure when installing new motors and before flying, all motors are spinning in the direction indicated on the 350 QX/QX2 frame.
