This Carbon-Z Yak 54 aluminum mount is CNC machined from billet aluminum which is much stronger than the stock cast aluminum mount. There will be no need to worry about cracked mounts anymore. Plus the design of the mount will allow for some airflow into the motor.
This mount will also allow you to use a large variety of aftermarket motors for the best performance possible out of your Yak.
Included are new high quality stainless steel screws for attaching the motor and mount. The mount is a direct swap with the stock mount. Simply bolt on and you are ready to fly.
Two step installation:
- Attach new motor to aluminum mount with the supplied motor screws (use the stock red washers)
- Attach entire assembly to the plane with the supplied mounting screws (use the stock red washers)

Center of Gravity should always be checked and adjusted per the user manual after installation of a new motor.
