Each of our E-Flite Blade 200 QX Motor Nut Sets are CNC machined from billet aluminum. These aluminum motor nuts were designed as a stock replacement for the plastic ones.
They will screw on to the stock BLH7705 motors to securely hold them in place.
These aluminum motor nuts are very strong and light. No more worries of stripping out the stock plastic motor nut or damaging it during take-off or landing.
Installation is quick and simple. No modifications necessary.
Installation:

Remove stock plastic nut and replace with aluminum nut.
(We recommend adding a drop of blue loctite to the motor nut threads before installation)

Notes:
When using a wrench to install the new motor nuts, be cautious not to over tighten them.
A drop of blue (removable) loctite should be applied to the motor nut threads before installation. This will help ensure the motor nuts will not come loose over time due to vibrations.
